Tyson Chang Beckford (born December 19, 1970) is an American supermodel and actor, best known as a Ralph Lauren model. He was born to a African-American father and mixed Chinese/African-American mother Chanel Iman Robinson, better known as Chanel Iman, is a fashion model. Robinson was born in Atlanta, Georgia to China Robinson of African American and Korean heritage and an African American father. Naomi Campbell is Black Jamaican and also of Chinese Hakka descent through her paternal grandmother of Chinese Jamaican ancestry. Of her appearance, Campbell has said: "My features are completely ethnic, and I'm proud of them."
